2026 Registration Information
Active Returning Students K-12
Complete online registration in the ParentVUE App beginning on July 6, 2026
***Returning Lovington High Students
After registering in Synergy ParentVUE, LHS students will need to bring a parent or legal guardian to complete the following registration steps:
- Sign Next Step Plans
- Birth Certificate Verification(must be verified for legal documents produced at the high school)
- ID picture to be taken
- Proof of insurance and driver’s license for parking permits (if applicable)
- Senior parking spot applications can be picked up and must be approved prior to painting. The cost for a Senior parking spot is $75
LHS has reserved the following times for additional registration steps:
- Seniors – Thursday, July 9, 2026 10:00 -5:30 (Closed 2-3 for lunch)
- Juniors – Monday, July 13, 2026 10:00 -5:30 (Closed 2-3 for lunch)
- Sophomores – Tuesday, July 14, 2026 10:00 -5:30 (Closed 2-3 for lunch)
- Freshmen – Wednesday, July 15, 2026 10:00 -5:30 (Closed 2-3 for lunch)
***TMS and SGA schedule pick-up for returning students will be held on July 15, 2026 and July 16, 2026, from 8:00 - 3:30 (Closed 11:00 - 12:00 for lunch).
***Meet the Teacher for fully registered students in grades K-5 will be held at the following times on Wednesday, July 22, 2026.
- Llano (Kindergarten) – 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM by Appointment
- Lea, Ben Alexander, Jefferson and Yarbro (1st-5th grades) 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM
ALL (In-District) NEW AND RETURNING-INACTIVE STUDENTS IN GRADES K-8 WILL PRE-REGISTER IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS ON JULY 15-16, 2026.
- Llano Elementary (Kindergarten)
- Lea Elementary (1st Grade)
- Ben Alexander Elementary (2nd Grade)
- Jefferson Elementary (3rd Grade)
- Yarbro Elementary (4th and 5th Grade)
- Sixth Grade Academy (6th Grade)
- Taylor Middle School (7th and 8th Grade)
- New or returning inactive students must present the following documents for registration:
- Original Birth Certificate (not a copy)
- Social Security Card (if applicable)
- Current Immunization Record
- Proof of Residency
- Proof of Identification
- If applicable, evidence of parental custody/guardianship paperwork
After pre-registration, download the ParentVue app and follow the instructions in the email from Synergy to complete the registration. You will be notified when your child is placed in a classroom for grades K-5 or when a schedule is ready for pickup for grades 6-12.

THE FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL FOR FULLY REGISTERED STUDENTS WILL BE JULY 23, 2026
Out – of – District Enrollment
At this time, Lovington Municipal Schools is not accepting out-of-district enrollment. The Superintendent and District Administration will review enrollment capacities after the school year begins to determine if any campuses can accommodate out-of-district students.
